Facilities

Take an in depth look at what makes us stand out from the rest.

A special place for your special occasion

Farmington Gardens was previously Lexington Gardens, a flower and gift shop serving the Farmington valley for about 40 years.

The building was fully renovated in 2011-2012, converting the existing building into a first class facility for special events. The building sits on a 6 acre site set off RT 4 in Farmington. The facility hosts only one major event per day. Therefore our clients can have access to the facilities before events for photo opportunities and decorating.

Facilities include the green house, main ballroom, a patio with fire pit and approximately an acre of lawn and gardens for photos and the occasional lawn game or tent.

The Main ballroom

Enough space for All your guests.

Our main dining room boasts a rustic barn-like atmosphere with elegant wrought iron chandeliers appointed with crystal medallions. With over 5,000 square feet, the dining room is perfect for any event you may host. We can accommodate anywhere from 100 to 342 guests and the spacious 625 sqft dance floor offers plenty of room for guests to dance the night away.

The Greenhouse

A natural gathering place

The converted green house makes a great room for cocktail hours and smaller parties.

With its whimsical ambiance and interchangeable paper lanterns, it is the perfect place for any intimate gathering.

Equipped with a full cherry bar with copper top and fully installed sound system, the green house is ready to host your next event!

Grounds & Gardens

Let the grounds be the perfect backdrop for your wedding and photographs

Whether it be the Pergola for elegant, formal settings, the romantic water feature, or the evergreen specimen garden complete with 20 specimens of manicured trees, your photographs will reflect the beauty and elegance of your perfect day.
